Following is my mail to Citibank india… but no response yet and they are not giving my money back :(

Respected Sir/Ma’m,
This is for your kind information that:
1. I, Gaurav Mishra employee of CampusEAI India Pvt. Ltd., am holding a ‘Suvidha account no # 5*******29.’ with Citibank. This is my salary account since April, 2006.
2. I found that there was a fraud transaction on date 20/08/2007—(Payment for Credit Card No. 554XXXX9XXXX10XX) Rs. 192.50 and on date 19/09/2007 (payment for Credit Card No. 554XXXX9XXXX10XX) of Rs.19873.84 which was totally wrong and had never been done by me. I was totally surprised to see this transaction.
3. When I contacted Citibank customer care many times (like Sep 6th, 8th and 19th etc.) and told them about these transaction which had not been done by me ever, to cancel these transaction and to block the other card they told me every time that we have blocked this and doing our processing and will let you know after that but ON 19th of September, I still had lost my money from my account.
4. On Sep 26th, your executive from Noida Investigation Office came to me with customer diclaration form which i filled up immediately and gave him back. He told me that i will get my money back in 15 days. But I didn’t get my money back till now.
5. I need my money back as per my day per day needs though it is my salary account too.
6. Its been around 2 months for this case and your investigation is not giving any solution. I think you don’t want to do anything. I request you to revert me back with my money in my account otherwise I am gonna file a case against you and your bank for this forgery.
I kindly request you to take an immediate action at your earliest because i want my money back as soon as possible.
———–
Can anyone advise me soon. I will be thankful too much…
Thanks !
Gaurav

If those citicorp officers would use pickup the phone and do some short calls, troublesome spam service such as that could probably be avoided. There’s an efficiency limit to services via e-mail.
